undefinedAshely Porter

Attorney Ashley Porter has always had a passion for finding ways to help people. That passion led Ashley to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Auburn, Ashley participated in community service projects and led several student organizations. She also acted as a student ambassador for athletics recruits. Ashley remains passionate about Auburn football.

Following her time at Auburn, Ashley attended the University of Arkansas School of Law on an academic scholarship. While earning her Juris Doctor, Ashley was selected to lead on a panel for diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. Ashley was also elected to serve in leadership positions in national professional organizations.

Ashley is a Birmingham native who loves her hometown and was eager to return home to employ her education in the administration of justice to the people of the Magic City. Ashley began her legal career with a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Elisabeth A. French of the 10th Judicial Circuit for the State of Alabama. In private practice, Ashley represented victims in mass tort, class action, personal injury, products liability, discrimination and civil sexual assault cases.

Aside from the practice of law, Ashley enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and leading small groups through her membership at Church of the Highlands.
